Honestly I have been using PetPlanet now for years to get hills prescription dog food for my three dogs. It's always been the cheapest site to buy from and even during this pandemic and the shortages in availability in hills wet dog food, PetPlanet has always tried to have at least one verity in stock. They have been very helpful over the years and all in all I like the company so much when our employer gifted long service awards I asked for gift vouchers to PetPlanet.

Avoid this site for you pets sake
If I could give 0 stars I would this is the worst pet shop online shop there is they don't care about animals they want to do them harm most of their photos on their site of their products are a lie I picked them up on 1 so they had to change it that took them 2 weeks to they are nothing but liars there deliver is a joke they leave your pets with out food you never know what deliver firm they are going to use and hermes is one so you know your order is going to be even later and when you phone them to pick them up on this they just laugh at you and laugh that your fur babies are going to be without food laugh that they might be causing your fur babies to suffer I know I was wrong but as the lady with the hysterical laughter over the thought of my first babies suffering hung up on me I said your a c word I know this was wrong but when someone wants to knowingly cause harm to my fur babies and laughs in my face about it I kinda let it slip out as I could not believe it was happening to me and my fur babies so in conclusion avoid this site for your beautiful pets safety

I would give this company no stars if there was a option I purchased a cat wheel back in December arrived damaged,emailed them many times they got back to me via email after 6 weeks I provided them with all pictures and evidence asked for full refund they responded to that email again after 6 weeks saying they can only give me 50% of my money back when it’s the courier fault or the company’s fault for sending damaged goods. When I explained the distance selling act which customer are protected by they said we never heard of a such a thing. I have called them on many occasions and they just hang up the phone argue with the customer and not let them speak. I hope they read this review and listen back to my call.Avoid at all cost worst customer service on the planet!!!!!!

It's a great website with good choice and regular offers but with our pitiful rural broadband speeds it's so slow to load, and more often than not I have to give up and shop elsewhere :(

great company good value and quality.I ordered several items from here for my daughters dogs for christmas they were really speedy with the delivery. great quality and very reliable I have never had an issue when ordering and always send out fast.

Have recently begun to use this comany for my cat food delivery Great pricing and prompt delivery.

Customer service is excellent, while many companies have used the excuse of coronavirus to stop replying to people, Pet Planet are still 'on the ball'. I had problems with one of the items they delivered, they replied to me that day, apologized and organized a replacement. You couldn't ask for better customer service. The delivery is much faster than many of the other pet product websites you can get which is why I ended up ordering with them to begin with.

Order no. 3602720. Not happy.The YODEL tried to deliver the parcel to the wrong address yesterday yet again. This is the 2nd time that YODEL has left the parcel at the gate and not walked 37 steps up to the house to deliver the parcel. They left the parcel in the wet yet again. We have rank up and complained many times.

Pet Planet were a saviour for us at the beginning of lockdown, as our cat is very fussy and we couldn’t find his favourite food anywhere. Luckily, Pet Planet have a great variety of food. They have great deals too, and in my experience their service is fantastic. Even when there is a problem, it is rectified swiftly. I will be continuing to buy our cat food from them in the future. I would definitely recommend Pet Planet.

Normally quick delivery and good customer service (when an item didn't turn up, they sent a replacement out quickly). Good quality products for small animals.

I placed an order for two items on the 12/07/2020 and because I wanted them really fast, paid £7.99 for Express Delivery. I received an email from their carrier to say that my items would be delivered on the 14/07/2020 and I would be given a 1hr time slot after 11.00am. By 2.30pm I had still not received this therefore I went on track your parcel, to be told that they had the order but had not yet received the parcel. By 4pm I contacted Petplanet to be told they had the same details. I stated that I paid for Express Delivery therefore wanted to know when my parcel would be arriving. So far I still have not received any reply, even though they took the payment on the 12th. Needless to say I will never use this Company ever again.

I've purchased a few items now from pet planet really happy with everything price is good and items are as described and will definitely continue to order from them
